The service
Nudra is an AI image generator that turns your text prompts (and optional reference images) into synthetic images. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your access secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, and generating the likeness of real, identifiable people without consent (including using their photos as reference images).
Credits and payments
The generator runs on credits, purchased with USDT cryptocurrency through our payment provider. Prices and credit costs are shown in the app and may change. Because credits unlock immediate, on-demand generation, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Credits have no cash value.
Your content and outputs
You retain the rights you hold in the prompts and reference images you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the images you generate and may use them for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for your prompts, your inputs, and how you use your outputs.
AI disclaimer
Outputs are machine-generated and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works by coincidence. They are provided "as is." You must not present generated images as genuine photographs of real people or real events.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to comply with law.
