AI-generated content
Every image produced by Nudra is synthetic — generated by an AI model from your prompt. Outputs do not depict real people or real events unless you deliberately supply such material as input (which is prohibited; see below). You are responsible for how you use, publish, and distribute the images you generate.
You may not
- Create, upload, or request sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a minor, in any form. This is a zero-tolerance rule and may be reported to authorities.
- Use photographs of real, identifiable people as reference images, or otherwise attempt to generate the likeness of a real person — including public figures — without their explicit consent. No deepfakes, no face-swaps, no "nudify" of real individuals.
- Create non-consensual intimate imagery of any person.
- Generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, that depicts non-consensual acts, or that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against a protected group.
- Use outputs to harass, defame, impersonate, blackmail, or deceive (including fraudulent or misleading "real photo" claims).
- Infringe someone else's intellectual property or violate someone's publicity or privacy rights.
- Resell, scrape, or abuse the service or attempt to bypass its technical limits.
Reference images
When you supply a reference image for image-to-image generation, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it is not a photo of a real, identifiable person used to recreate their likeness. Reference uploads are subject to every rule above.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, and may preserve and disclose information where required by law. Nothing here limits our other rights under the Terms of Service.
