This policy explains what information Nudra collects and how we use it. It is a draft template and should be reviewed by legal counsel and tailored to your actual data practices before launch.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
- Generation data. The prompts you submit, the images you generate, any reference images you upload, and related settings, so we can provide and store your results.
- Payment data. Purchases are made with USDT cryptocurrency through our payment provider. We receive transaction confirmations and credit balances; we do not receive or store card numbers or bank details.
- Technical data. Basic logs such as IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps, used for security and reliability.
- Cookies. We use essential cookies for sign-in and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To operate the generator, keep your private gallery, process payments and credits, secure the service against abuse, comply with law, and respond to support requests.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run Nudra, including:
- Google (authentication),
- Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and delivery),
- our payment provider (processing crypto payments),
- our AI generation provider (rendering images from your prompts).
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or to enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Retention
We keep account and generation data while your account is active. You can delete individual images from your library at any time. Contact us to delete your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
