No real performers
Every image available through Nudra is synthetic — generated by an artificial-intelligence model from a text prompt. The images do not depict real human beings, and no actual persons perform in, model for, or appear in any content produced by the service.
Because the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 apply to depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and Nudra's outputs contain no such depictions, those record-keeping requirements do not apply to content generated by the service.
No real-person likenesses
Using photographs of real, identifiable people as reference images — or otherwise attempting to generate the likeness of a real person — is prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. Every account agrees to that rule as a condition of using Nudra. Any depiction that resembles a real individual is coincidental and unintended.
Age
All AI-generated figures depicted in an adult context are intended to represent adults. The creation of any content that sexualizes a minor is strictly prohibited and is a zero-tolerance violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, which may be reported to authorities.
